I run an independent legal practice built around clarity and responsiveness. On any given week I am juggling five to ten matters at different stages - intake, analysis, drafting, negotiation, and closing - for clients across technology, entertainment, real estate, and construction.
My background bridges law and finance. Alongside my Bulgarian legal qualification I am completing a second master's degree in Finance, and I work hands-on with blockchain, digital assets, and AML/KYC frameworks. Complex, cross-border, regulated, urgent, disputed, or negotiated matters are quoted separately after an initial review. For litigation, crypto licensing, tax structuring, and disputes we begin with an initial legal assessment and quote the work phase by phase.
